The Services Manager will have many opportunities to bring about higher standards and efficiency to every department of the business. As the Services Manager, you must be able to show great leadership skills and execute in an objective and timely manner. You will agree to working towards the company’s goals which will be clearly set and communicated. An open door to the shareholders will always be kept for any matters large or small.
As a partner, you will be accountable and rewarded for company-wide results, not solely on the basis of performance as an individual.
