Famous Footwear e-commerce site goes live

After months of preparation, building and planning the new website for national shoe retailer ‘Famous Footwear’ has gone live. The technical team at Motionlab headed up by Stuart Cross have also developed a robust API to tie into the internal stock management systems to enable real time stock levels and ordering. The site has taken nearly 6 months to complete and is already showing good signs of success with a raft of orders in it’s first week.

We have started on their photogrpahy and the branding and will soon being building their new shiny e-Commerce website. SEO marketing specialist Martin Allen has joined Motionlab from Warrington based digital agency, Latitude.

After gaining in-house experience at A Quiet Place Ltd, Martin joined MoneySupermarket.com as an SEO analyst. In his role, Martin took responsibility for the Home Services Channel, including Broadband, Mobile Phones, and Utilities.

Following his time at MoneySupermarket, Martin joined the Warrington branch of based digital agency, Latitude where he worked for a range of clients, including Lookers Car Group, Youngs Sea Food, and Swinton Car Insurance.

Martin joins Motionlab to head up the SEO side of the business, and will be working with a vast array of Motionlab’s clients.
