Motionlab have launched the new social networking website for start-up company AtThatGig.com.
AtThatGig.com is a social networking website that is targeted to lovers of music. The site is built around a database of over 45,000 gigs spanning the past 50 years, from over 300 artists, allowing the users to reminisce about the great rock tours that they have been too over the years. As well as providing an area to discuss past gigs, the website also allows for users to register their forthcoming gigs, add additional gigs to the database that may not be on already, thus providing a highly comprehensive database for consumers to utilise.
In addition, there is the ability to search for fans of the same bands and each user has their own 'Profile' page. AtThatGig.com will provide music fans with a dedicated portal to discuss past and forthcoming gigs under one roof. Next phases include more social media interaction and the integration of online ticketing service seetickets.com.
As part of the project, Motionlab have developed the core corporate identity/branding as well as the fully functional social networking platform that the site is based on.
