Not only that, but we also came up with the quirky idea of the product being endorsed by three superheroes, ‘Flash Carbon, ‘Solar Lola’ and Weatherman’, who have arrived on Planet Earth to help people save money, save energy and the planet. We swear we haven’t gone mad!

The Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) commissioned Motionlab to create the new site after being alerted to our previous great work for a variety of different UK glazing companies.

As you can see from the below graph the reupholstery site has experienced a huge growth in sales this year in comparison to 2009, thanks to a fully integrated mix, including the website that the Motionlab web design and graphic design team worked on, brochures, direct marketing, display advertising and TV advertising. Whilst the new project is not sales focused, Plumbs are hoping for similar success with this new venture.

www.plumbspeople.co.uk Motionlab has launched the new recruitment site which spans the three key areas of the business, head office staff, reupholsterers and loose cover makers and home consultants. The project has incorporated the development of the new branding, offline collateral and display advertising for the family-run company who are celebrating their 50th year in business.

The success of the site is being put down to the fact that it is now more user friendly than before, with each educational group having their own section clearly signposted on the website, therefore making it easier to navigate.

The family owned and run company, based in Catterall, wanted a local branding agency in Preston to help them put them together a comprehensive new set of brand guidelines and with the Motionlab office being located just down the road, who better to give them a hand.

As well as brand guidelines, over the past few months we have been working with them to develop a new corporate style for all their advertising in Preston, direct marketing, and brochures.
